This Tapestry of Life

Hello, world.

This is me saying “Hi.”

I am simultaneously

terrified and thrilled

about this particular day

that lies before me

full of surprises and 

chance meetings

confined as it is within the 

lattice-work of routine.

I am under no compulsion

to do or say the right things

but my willingness to do so

will strengthen and beautify

this tapestry of life

that we are all woven into.
