Too often I find myself just trying to survive
like in those post-apocalyptic stories I love.
But in the pre-apocalyptic world it always
proves to be inadequate and I find myself
once again striving to do something more.
I do not know how this doggedness finds me
but it attacks despair with a focussed ferocity!
